This is what I’ll be reading this month.
Just in case you were interested.
I love the library. When I go I always want to check out more books than I could possible read in the amount of time alloted.
I’m going to start with the book on top, maybe it will help me find more time to read the others.
Guess what Steve is reading…
He is a big Max Brooks fan.
He has a new blog, but I don’t think he’ll be posting often.
He likes Zombies.
And I guess I’m okay with that.
In other, unrelated news, these are my cowboy boots.
I love them.
They were given to me by a lovely gal named Holly Larsen, who sometimes spells her name Holley Larsen.
But never Larson.
Don’t even go there.
Anyhow, one Valentine’s Day, I was unassumingly fulfilling my duties as Assistant Store Manager at Home Fabrics, and the aforementioned Ms. Larsen came in and gave me a lovely Valentine’s Day gift of these amazing cowboy boots.
It was kinda odd, as we had recently had an argument and weren’t really speaking much.
But she knew we would get over it and live happily ever after, so she bought me some cowboy boots.
And that is reason #438 that I love her.
I wore my cowboy boots to work today. It was probably the only time those kiddos are going to get their shots from a pseudo-nurse wearing cowboy boots.
So today, I am taking the time to share my lovely little story about my boots, and to show you my library books. Why? Because you care about the little things.
